Introducing

Paul Milord
"I love the written word and the communal magic of live theatre. Drawing from lived experience, my plays balance wit and warmth, and nothing delights me more than watching audiences surrender to laughter together."
From Showboat in 1972 to The Mousetrap in 2025, I have extensive experience in Acting and Stage Management, including local network commercials. My portfolio includes six completed works with a seventh soon to be added— comedies, dramas, and a musical.

Behind the Scenes

Betsey Milord
Betsey Inc, LLC
Betsey Milord is a force of creative conviction. An insurance industry veteran with 38 years of experience, she built her career leading teams of brokers and negotiating some of the largest and most complex deals in the middle-market space. Strategy, clarity, and follow-through have long been her professional currency. Beyond corporate life, Betsey’s life expands into storytelling in all its forms. She is an actor and director (off-off Broadway) with a deep respect for the collaborative nature of performance, a live storyteller, a published author and book publisher, and a writer currently at work on a screenplay.
Whether on the page or on stage, she is drawn to stories that balance heart, humor, and humanity.
Betsey readily admits she knows absolutely nothing about the business side of the entertainment industry. What she does know, deeply and without hesitation, is the value of good work and the power of belief. She is the unwavering champion of her husband Paul Milord’s plays, and she is the technical and secretarial mastermind behind Betsey Inc., LLC, the engine that drives those plays from script to stage. Equal parts organizer, advocate, and quiet architect, Betsey operates behind the scenes with the same rigor she brings to major insurance negotiations. Her work ensures that creativity has a structure to stand on, that deadlines are met, and that stories find their audiences.
In business and in art, she is proof that passion paired with discipline can move just about anything into the spotlight.
